Translation reads: I have written for the French translation of Shakespeare and trust to be able to send you same right soon. A couple of pages being ready from the printers I should very much like the first volume to be issued soon, and that this will be seen to by you, if you should have no objection thereto, so that others should not come upon the thought of commending on the same.
